When I was a little boy, I had speech problems.
I didn’t have many friends.
But, I was smart and I chose to be a hard worker. I had a positive attitude. I wanted to prove myself to myself and to others.
I did. I worked very hard at becoming successful.
What I chose to do, you can choose to do.
I want to be your teacher. As my student, I want you to be all that you can be.
At each step of my life, I found challenges to meet.
In Boy Scouts, I became an Eagle Scout. In the Army, I became a Sergeant. In the martial arts, I became a Black Belt. As a writer, I became a recognized business writer.
From age 20 – 35, I was a high school teacher working with troubled teens.
From age 35 to 50, I became a successful small business owner. I bought, sold and invested in hundreds of properties.
From age 50 to 64, I have been running the non-profit American Success Institute to help others to succeed.
It’s as if someone took all the good advice that I’ve ever received in my life and put it into a course. I
needed to be reminded of it all again. Now, I need to do it.

I am a martial arts master. I will not say that every wimp can achieve success. They can’t. I will teach you the tough love that you will need to accomplish the life you were born to live.
